This free pattern is tribute to one of my science heroes Carl Sagan. I tried to create something that might look sweet and traditional, but has a message about science, inspiration and the wonders of the universe. (You might recognise the Quote from his TV show Cosmos). I think this would look great in the kitchen on tea towels, or a centerpiece on a heatproof pie mat? Or even as a sweet wall hanging.

Firefly - Serenity Embroidery Pattern Set
Welcome to the first ever Cherry and Cinnamon stitch-able Valentine card !
This Valentines day you can stitch up your sweetheart a special card to remember. Inspired by vintage tattoo designs these two hearts are pierced by the same arrow! Just follow the dots with a simple backstitch to complete the design.
Included are two different variations of this card you can choose to stitch the message be mine, Valentine, or use the version with the blank banners and write in your own message in ink.
The design prints out in black and white, and you choose what colours to add with embroidery floss! I recommend using 2 strands of floss doubled over, to get a nice thick line that will show up well on the card.
You can also add a little colour with crayons, pencils or water colour paints before or after you stitch, for an extra little dimension. Make them as elaborate or simple as you wish.
All you need to do to get started is print them out, pre- prick the holes with a hat pin or darning needle- and get stitching. This a great project for beginners or kids. (Make sure an adult helps out with the pricking part!)
For the more experience stitcher, also included is a version for use as an embroidery pattern for fabric. This looks super pretty stitched up and framed in a 6 in hoop, or used as an embellishment in other sewing projects. You may scale the pattern up or down, but please use for personal projects only.

Oz Character Pattern Set
A Holiday Special from Cherry and Cinnamon - exclusive to Kitschy Digitals!
This fox family printable mask set contains three variations of fox mask paper toys: 2 kids size designs (boy & girl) and 1 Adult (or older kids) size
Carefully cut out our fox face, (youll need a craft knife to cut out the eyes). Tape or stitch a length of ribbon or string to either side of the reverse of the mask. I recommend attaching the string approximately level with the eye holes, at the outside edge of the orange part of the fox face (cheeks). Measure it against your own face to be sure its comfortable before attaching the strings.
Alternatively you can tape a wooden food skewer or stick to the back of your mask and hold mask up to face opera style!
